Delivery Information

Delivery is provided by Fan Courier. DPD. Cargus, GLS in all Romania county.

The ordered products are picked up every day at 15:00 from the national warehouses, the orders that enter after 14:00 will be shipped only the next day.

Distributed courier price with cash on delivery: 16.35 Ron + VAT / first kilogram, and if the package weighs more than 1 kilogram, a fee of 0.85 Ron + VAT is charged for each additional kilogram

Delivery will be made to the address entered at registration. The usual delivery time of the products purchased from our site is between 1 and 4 working days from the moment of registration and confirmation of the order. Under special conditions, the delivery time may be exceeded, in which case you will be contacted and notified by a sales consultant.

If the customer cannot be contacted on the date and time set for delivery, we will keep the ordered goods for three working days, during which time the sales agent will try to contact the customer by phone again to finalize the delivery. If the customer cannot be contacted during this time, the order will be canceled.
